ASX Release 15 April 2010 GOLDSWORTHY DSO POTENTIAL    Current re-interpretation of all available data has highlighted offset untested gravity anomalies associated with the Western and Eastern ground magnetic anomalies. These untested gravity anomalies may represent blind Direct Shipping Ore (DSO). A four-hole diamond drilling programme is designed to test these gravity anomalies during the second quarter of 2010.

Brumby Resources Limited (ASX: BMY) is pleased to announce that it has received a technical report from Southern Geosciences Consultants (SGC) relating to Brumby?s Goldsworthy iron ore project located approximately 70 kilometres east of Port Hedland (refer to Figure 1). Figure 1 After compiling and evaluating all the technical data relating to the Goldsworthy iron ore project, SGC has re-interpreted the data and produced a Three Dimensional Model (3D) based on the available data. The 3D model demonstrates that there are offset gravity targets associated with the Western and Eastern ground magnetic anomalies.

The top of the gravity targets occur about 60 meters below surface and have never been previously drill tested. It is thought that these gravity targets may represent new Direct Shipping Ore positions. These positions will be drill tested by four diamond drill holes during the second quarter of 2010.

Refer to Figure 2 which shows the relationship between the magnetic and gravity anomalies, location of historic drill holes and proposed position of four new diamond holes. Figures 3 and 4 show the re interpreted 3D model showing the historic holes and the position of the four proposed diamond holes from various 3D perspectives. The Brumby Goldsworthy Iron Ore project is located within 100% held Exploration License 45/2539 encompassing an area of 112 square kilometres.

The project is also situated 12 kilometres south west from the Atlas Iron Ridley Magnetite deposit (2Bnt) and Pardoo DSO open pit mining operation. Both the Goldsworthy and Pardoo/Ridley iron ore projects are located within the north east Pilbara coastal strip. This area contains previously established infrastructure including port, railway, roads, electricity and gas pipeline.
