Just my option. I think is a BUY and HOLD even after the ann. I don't think Atlas is a small Iron company and this time in 5 years will be $15-$20 per share China is back, Rail Deal is there, Production is up even though it was cyclone season (they state on there website the can handle and recover quickly from this) Solid, passionate management.
My option but cannot see negative as a producing company doing what they have done without the rail to date - with rail -- BLUE SKY's
