    AHS buy their green field steel from Bluescope then sell the Bisaloy made tempered plate to Smorgan Steel. Smorgan Steel has been taken over by Bluescope. It makes good sense that Bluescope should now want to take over AHS. I know for a fact that Bluescope Steel and the Crane Group are two parties currently in negotiation with AHS.

    Balron/Smaller may come back with a higher offer.

    This is only round one with more to come.
