    thanks for the info snouty. I think that Balron will make another offer given it holds a large stake.
    At least the $1 offer sets a minimum price for a takeover and any future offer will have to be higher to succeed.
    Would it be difficult for someone else's offer to succeed given Balron holds a large parcel?
