The Australian were pretty much the only outlet that gave us; the small holders any credence as well when we went thru the same thing back in late 2011 with the Centro Properties and Centro Retail amalgamation. They had quoted us on HC. It is within the archives on HC. We were coerced by the CEO at the time who advised that there wouldn’t be enough receivers at the time in Australia to handle the matter. We stuck to our guns and we got a much better deal just before the deadline.

I challenge the legalities of the ann made yesterday but irrespective of this it shouldn’t change the final outcome. Destiny of the outcome is still in our hands.
