looks like they are getting Pattersons to sell the small unmarketable shares on market rather than do a buy back, so who pays their brokerage fees? In any case hopefully shareholders will opt out of share sale and keep them, i've issued instructions to my broker to purchase more shares in different entities that are held amongst the family.
