These actions could be considered class actionable against the BOD and their insurers.

If I was their insurer I would be calling up and saying your actions are almost breaching their duties as directors.

This would force them to cancel.

Anyone know which insurer provides atlas for professional indemnity for directors. It woulf only take one email to say the actions of the directors leave the insurer exposed.
