Has anyone got any idea how to participate in Atlassian IPO? The joint managers are Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, but MS doesn't appear to know if they will be allocated any for Australians, which seems odd as they are the managers. Will be be easier to buy them directly once they list but then miss out on any day one profit. When is the prospectus coming out? They have just registered intention to float and expect this to occur before year's end. Does anyone else have any further info or advice they would like to share. I am very keen to buy, but no one else seems to know anything about them, even the share float manager.
