Imagine owning 99% of the company then being over ruled by 2 shareholders holding one share each lol.
What a completely idiotic voting method.

U choose to ignore there are multiple business structure to fulfil ur concept of fairness…the likes of PTY LTD.

These cater for ur two main criteria, getting the financial reward and voting based on financial amount inputted into company. Listed Public companies weren’t original based on the above concept!

Many previous govts moved away from this crux concept simply to placate the business community and created biases it in their favour.
U could argue that a Union behaves more like a Public entity then want I've seen at a manipulative AGM,

My argument is about the unfairness towards the majority of shareholder’s…nothing to do about the direction of Climate Change…I go along with the voting results of the majority of individual shareholders not some rich person who believes he knows what is best for the community!

I might have faith in MCB claims what he wants to achieve; if he was successful in buying AGL as a private company should I be compelled to forfeit my shareholding because of it changed structure?

To me this amounts to the Corp Act unfairness…why can’t I retain an interest in the company with a modified voting structure. I would happy to go along with those rules!

The Corp Act basically allows private companies to rip off retail shareholders….as an example, private company’s deprived me of shares that I would have liked to retain in Vocus and Arrow Energy.

U can waffle on about the fairness afforded by the adulterer Corp Act!
