i see locals using their phone inside the shop to get cash from the "bank" using the shopkeeper.... unsure if that is a qr system or other phone based upi but they can also deposit cash into a "bank" using the same shopkeeper. they tap the phone on the terminal and bloke hands over cash. i have no idea how widespread that use is.

i see peeps at the bricks and mortar atm getting cash as well, and i see some atm's that do not work..... unsure if outta cash or just broken.

i do not know what the figures are for atm phone-card use v phone-card with vendors v over the counter at banks for withdrawing/depositing cash.
