surely surveillance on ATM's and bank branches must tighten up. imagine if this was a branch with people inside.........
times are tough and people are getting desperate. you cannot walk down the street in london without being on camera, let alone enter a bank branch or use an ATM. isnt it inevitable that the same will follow here?
