Problem with Smuggler is he's mesmerised by QTK. Whatever MP tells him he takes as gospel. So instead of realisitically evaluating the prospects and potential success of introducing QTKs monitoing system to ATMs based on what is already out on the market and the competition, he tows the official line regardless. Smuggler is of course desperate for QTK to rise. He wants to recoup some losses and understandibly so. He has become emotionally attached.

Unfortunately all these factors are not beneficial for trading and investing.

If Smuggler was fair dunkum about his appraisal of ATM tracking machines he would discuss the merits of this as opposed to the competition who already have tracking systems, and the benefits of this against other mechanisms mentioned such as dye-bombs and detach-proof bolts.

Instead it's easier to just say people have no idea.
