Sounds like the right decision and a good one for shareholders but quite frankly I find being a MIG shareholder that tax is always very confusing issue.
So confusing that I have to pay my accountant to help me work it out. This has made me consider getting out of the stock and I would assume some have, leaving it to the more experienced investors.
