RE Agents are rarely good at their actual job, let alone asking them to do AML/CTF related work! On a serious note I totally agree, they are the best placed to do this. Considering other Aus industry have to ensure aml/ctf requirements are met, why this doesn't apply to RE Agents is beyond me.
