In June 2012, the ATO claim was $95.8 mil. In Dec 2012, it was $101.9 mil. In June 2013, it was $107 mil. In Dec 2013, it was $112.5 mil.

As the claim is growing steadily, this shows that there will be no interest accrued on the $33.4 mil tax prepayment if we lose.

As a shareholder, given the uncertainty, I hope they keep the $51 mil for developing of the projects and having enough liquidity to ride out these tough times so that we can realise the value of the African projects.
