Agree jojo. I find it very difficult to complain when someone gives me money.
I expect Biota to have surplus cash for at least a couple years. At some point they'll have used up their NOLs and franked dividends can be dished out.
As I recall everyone abused management for the share buy back as well, while I hassled management for not continuing to buy. As abobo has pointed out the timing of starting and stopping the buy back was 'unusal', but hey it sure created value for shareholders.
Whether it's management skill or luck, Biota is in a strong position.
