ARU struggled for some time to get the final ATO approval (for memory about 3 months past the original expected date) so its no surprise this is late. So long ADY has provided all the relevant information there is not a lot they can do. I just hope they used some good external tax people to make the submission water tight. Any i's not dotted ot t's crossed will drag this thing on for ever (and that a very long time!).
