Let's remember you need to make SUPER profits to get SUPER TAXED, this is purely aimed at RIO and BHP because of there extroadinary market dominance and garaunteed massive profits they make in an environment where this will not change for several decades at least.
High tax or not BHP and RIO will always make massive profits so who on earth would sell a companies shares because they are about to make a SUPER profit.
Massive tax grab yes but then end of the industry? The only thing that could possibly stop the mining industry is if the Asian Giants stop growing.
