    IGC Resources Inc. ("IGC" or the "Company") is pleased to advise that 10 million shares of Atomic Resources Limited (ASX Code: ATQ "Atomic") was sold for AU$1,050,000 (CDN$1,015,000). The company continues to own 6.5 million shares of Atomic Resources.
