As a side note the Microba ipo is also full steam ahead and they are also raising $30 mil and are also massively oversubscribed and the prospectus isn't even out yet.

Punters are scrambling for new stock in a starved IPO market. Can't get a return on money in the bank so it has to go somewhere.
