That statement has more fluff than a lint factory. "A number" (one? two? three? not sure?), "academic partners" - what does this mean? uni's, TAFE's? partners that couldn't make the footy team? out of work professors? and this one takes the cake as an early contender for the equivocal coup de grace statement of aspirational crap - "ensure that Australian research and innovation remains at the forefront of global health solutions".
