Doesn't seem like the ASX will allow an almost insolvent company to trade (and neither should they), I am guessing we will be waiting until the earlier of:
- The half year results with the miracle that they hit their sales forecasts without channel stuffing (surely, they won't try that again??).
- The sale of a business unit and which point the auditor's opinion may change.
- Some other form of financing occurs, which defiantly isn't going to be a ASX capital rise.
Outcome (1) seems the most likely to me.
