Yeah, while normally I am in favour of buybacks I feel this stock is so illiquid and so much of it is held by insiders already that it's probably better to go the dividend route at this point (coupled with whatever opportunities they see for profitable business reinvestment as well, obviously).
Should be out of trading halt tomorrow, be interesting to see price action.
