    The currencies in which bidders are invoiced don’t really matter. The company announces in advance of the auction the fixed exchange rates bidders must use to pay in currencies other than US$. In effect, all bids are in US$ at an exchange rate favourable to ATP. Obviously ATP then exchanges all received currencies into A$ immediately upon receipt.
