I look at the online store occasionally, but unfortunately it doesn’t provide any useful information for assessing sales - even if everything sold out it could be because very few items are available for sale. I too cannot recall seeing any data on the magnitude of retail sales. The profit margins on retail sales are surely many times those on their main wholesale business, but they’ve never made much effort to expand retail through advertising etc. Perhaps because it would not be welcome by their wholesale customers?
