I am helping my 94 year old Mum with her affairs as she sells up from independent living in an over 55’s villa complex in Berry to an aged care facility in Avalon in Sydney near me.
I just came across a dividend certificate and cheque in her mail from Atlas for $11.31 net for 954 shares … found some paperwork in her study desk going back to June and July 1998 for purchases of 50 and 25 shares … I don’t know how many Mum n Dad actually owned, but they sold some to buy a new fridge at some point … I imagine there was a share split at some stage.
954 shares at the current price of $0.10 is essentially sub-marketable, but an $11.31 net special dividend is remarkable for a $95 parcel of shares.
Would anyone care to give me the low down on ATP prospects?
