for reference a 1 momme pearl is 14mm in diameter. but a .6 momme pearl is not 8.4mm ie its non linear. the wholesale price is definitely non linear either as a 16mm round face clean can fetch $3k these days whereas a 10mm could be $300 due to scarcity obv.
