Saw it Jake. Think that it is wishful thinking on BPT's part. But, when you look at the size of BPT makes you wonder why a small mob like ICN is puting up such a hard fight. I just think that the GSA has something to do with it as part of the 101 conditions precedent. Or, maybe there will be some Chinese "upstream equity" that we were talking about before, which will enable ICN to not have to rely on BPT for drilling and be able to preocced independently. Lots of stories still to be told. Nice price retreat would have gotten rid of a hundred or so small traders thus clearing the way for SP to have an easier run forward. Still think that there are a lot of small traders who will be very happy to get out mid .20's.
