(1) If the Robinhood day traders were to catch wind of this completely under the radar stock, then rapidly up to $2 say, before rapidly falling back.

(2) If and when the bankable feasibility study is produced AND an equity partner is introduced, with debt financing arranged for the balance, then at least net asset backing, which would be reasonably higher than what's shown on their books - perhaps around $1.50.

(3) If the long term economics of Donald turn out to be anything like their 2012 figures (and they've made great strides in efficiencies since then), then of the order of around $10 per share, with major fluctuations like any mining stock, if you are super patient.
