    The only reason the valuation of Atrum is what it is, is the Groundhog property. In my opinion, a significant risk to the execution of an other wise brilliant business plan has occurred. The risk, quite frankly is the local Aboriginal communities enthusiasm or opposition to the type of project proposed by Atrum. IMO, This risk is significant. Anyone care to wade in?
