FWIW I feel instos/funds have been bucketing the oilers out of their books which has given those with a little common sense a real opportunity.
Chart is out the window here so no technical trader or anyone needing a chart to take a position wont touch it. You just have to take it on trust that the evaluation is currently stupid cheap. Some of my best earners have looked like this.
Buy quality cheap.
