Well, the presented financials seem all right. And the company presents (low) profits which is always a good sign.
But I agree that there may be some hidden issue that drives the price down (need for extra capital maybe, deterioration of the shale-related oil economics,...)
I want to get in at some point but who am I to fight such a pronounced downwards trend...
