Which Bank pretends to be a brokerage?
Below is extract of communication with ComSec.
If majority of Ake retail shareholders are with ComSec then merger scheme is flawed. I have no confidence in Allkem Board for recommending scheme.

I hold shares in Allkem which may merge with Livent(NYSE) to become Arcadium listed on NYSE.

I will need to elect if I want shares in Arcadium listed on NYSE or CDIs on ASX.

Can you confirm if I can elect to hold Arcadium shares on NYSE with an international brokerage with ComSec?

I can confirm that due to our recent migration and change of custodians, we are currently not accepting any incoming transfer of shares from the share registries or any other brokers at this stage.
