    For trading (taking profit) or investment (earning dividend) purposes, depositary receipts are treated the same as the underlying shares.

    The issue that I tried to highlight with the NewCo CDIs is the uncertainty in our ability to convert them to shares whenever we want to or whenever we have to under some circumstances.

    You don't hold AKE shares, so please don't worry about what I said.
