Both would indicate ....at least "equal" . imo
Theres a lot of ifs and buts when it comes to Lithium whether its Brine or Hard Rock particularly the James Bay Project and approvals pending? imo
Management?...... at least not worse off probably applies. lol lol even though the bloke from livent seems an under performer. I now wouldn't give 2 bob for AKE's now, following the 2 Mergers thrown at us. imo
Its seems to me its a getout for them, AKE ie. Probably because they know they would never be a Takeover target. imo
Remember the last bloke running the Projects "done the runner" as soon as he could after the last merger.
Brine in Argentina? James Bay going ahead???? Seems like its all too hard or we dont know the nitty gritty of it all.
Pass the Baton on is the game here but can the Livent runner get to the finish line or is there another runner to hand it over to????
From experience this will more than likely go ahead (Merger) especially now that we have a spruiker on here claiming its across the line.
Anyway in a week or so we'll know whether the Management Teams from both Companies will be enjoying their well timed Christmas Present. lol
The corks will be a poppen with caviar aplenty.
While we, the Small Shareholder are at least not worse off
lol lol lol lol You get it now....at least not worse off............. at this point in time.
Now back to my baked beans for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a pot of tea!

No @Metalduster !
According to ASIC "fair and reasonable" is not the same as "equal or at least not worse off"
AISC guidelines are very specific on the terms "fair and reasonable".
ASIC guidelines do not even mention "equal, or at least not worse off".
This terminology was used by KROLL to get around the ASIC definition. KROLL usually use "fair and reasonable" acc. to ASIC but not for the AKE merger!
Something STINKS!
F@#$ the merger!
