    As I have said, most likely we all end up holding CDIs.

    Then you can only hope the NewCo won't cancel CDIs. And you can only hope the NewCo won't merge with another US company and declare the NewerCo will be listed only in NYSE.

    The best option is still for Allkem going alone.
