I just called the Shareholder Information Line again because I haven't received the form to elect for the NewCo shares instead of the CDIs which I requested on 27 November. I requested the form after talking to Commsec, so I knew I would probably be unable to do anything with the form. But I was thinking that from the form I could get some hints to the procedure.

The Info Line officer said he was going to escalate the issue so that I would recieve soon. He didn't know what the problem was that I still don't receive it.

There are so many uncertainties in this proposal. It's too risky for my liking.

I've finally received the voting forms and the booklet (no election forms that I've asked for). After a quick look I've noticed the following

Do nothing Allkem Shareholders who elect not to vote at the Scheme Meeting and do not sell their Allkem
Shares on market will:
• if the Scheme is Implemented – have their Allkem Shares transferred to NewCo by operation
of the Scheme and receive the Scheme Consideration; or
• if the Scheme is not Implemented – retain their Allkem Shares.

So it looks like we will receive the NewShares not the CDI. Hopefully tomorrow will have some time to call CMC.
