After reading the announcement, it seemed to me that it was worded and structured to co-erce and dupe holders into accepting the proposal...this suggests to me that the banks and their employees (BNB heirachy) know full well that they will not able to achieve their desired objectives.

Shareholders and noteholders have nothing more to lose in the face of this proposal, so I would think liquidation must be pressed on with...if shareholders and noteholders have to go down, it's only fair to take them all down with you I say.
