Im also a fixed wing (not current)and only rotor knowledge comes from The Kings at Micorosoft, Google and a few lads at Avalon on Show Day. I heard a Fella on ABC Radio today trying to make it sound all aero esoteric but was left with the impression that the pilot could have put it down safely if he was facing the other way.
Hopefull someone here will expose our limited knowledge and enlighten us.
