I think when emailing anything if you want a response its generally best to email a person/s directly. This way it springs up in their inbox rather than some support email box that they have listed way down their outlook somewhere that only generally gets a gander when an email comes in telling them that their inbox is full.

Then its "Ooo this "contact Verus" folder is looking heaps full." *CTRL+A Shift+Delete* Problem solved.

There has been no substantial news since the 19th of October.

It would at least be nice if they could tell us where that 700k was going.
