Give Bargearse a thumbs up for finding this. I agree it was a excellent listen to what is going on at the moment with HFT and algo trading.
They should ban it altogether cutting holes in mountains and laying cable from New York to London to save 3 milleseconds shows how much money they are making and why US 70% is HFT and Algo trading now :(((
