Mate it’s events based reporting with the ASX. I am sure if management knew they had this gold announcement they would have raised after that.
They were low and had to raise. The same management you speak of also owned 26% of the company before raise. They only took up 250k worth of their entitlement so basically diluted themselves.. I’m sure they really would have done that one purpose... I get that it sucks they raised at 1cent when the stock was at 2cents but that’s life, move on and enjoy the rising price
