It should be noted that unregulated monopolies attract the interest of the ACCC and if they attempt to distort markets regulations will be introduced.

I seem to remember the attempt of the major iron iron producers to constrain Fortescue Metals access to ports by rail. The ACCC and the Courts intervened in that dispute. I think the Chinese Government will know this as the provided the trains for Fortescue, if my memory is correct.

PS I like the Paul Harris's idea that CTP should eventually buy the refinery at Alice Springs. I believe it would also be an excellent cash builder for CTP. Good one once again Paul.
