Good point Stoops. APA aren't far off being an unregulated monopoly and are now in the cross hairs of the ACCC. I think that you might find that the report floating about is probably an "economic hit piece" funded by parties not wanting the NGP built, be they green groups or competitors to Jemena. You have to ask the question who would most benefit if this were not built?
I aslo agree that Paul's idea has great merit but you need men of vision and industry to get these things going. Are you reading this RC!!!
