Latest news suggests Senegalese government has decided to "nip in the bud" a planned "coup d'etat". However, there are suggestions that this was merely a diversion from govts inability to resolve domestic crises.

Clearly, in addition to Wade jr "business negotiation skill" and brewing internal unrest, official signing of extension decree for FAR will be "extended" by moving down priority list(IMHO).
