    Penumbra project 48.4% finished, first coal on 30 Oct. (why not 1 Nov.?), It's 4 months delay now. It should be 30 June according last year's plan when they started developing this project.

    The announcement on 21 Oct. 2011 showed that. So don't believe first coal on 30 Oct. It could be 2013.
