Well, as I suspected from the HY mention re formation of "Clarke St Property Holdings", they have announced that they are considering buying the St Leonards Property themselves and managing it under Kinsmen securities...
... so do the proceeds of recent sales go to (over?)pay for the building so they can get their second mortgage repaid and not have to write it down? Seems like a money-go-round to me.
