this post was credible, if speculative, and shows a good grasp of figures and an ability to read between the lines

can the fortitude valuation be justified?
I hope so since it represents the bulk of the value

since we already own this asset and it is not reflected in the current share price, then the whole exercise is inflated to that degree, or maybe I misread
