You have stuck your neck out yet again with your comprehensive assumptions. I dare not be so bold yet.

One thing i belive you have left out, and is the biggest assumtion of all.....Market value. The price the market places on top of management, assets etc and percieved yeild from it's projects. You know, sex appeal. FMG & MAK have plenty.

An asset value of $1.69 could well be double or half that.

Lets hope we see some publicity and a bullish market.
