Not sure how many of you attended today. The meeting was upbeat and I felt a degree of excitement and confidence going forward. Nothing was presented that we didn't know about but after the meeting closed the first people to approach us was the three keys to this company, Charles, Tracey and Tracey as well as their CFO.

They were exceptionally keen to chat. I questioned Charles on the Fonda monetisation and his answer was that they believe there is potential for a large upside in income if one of the generics is pulled leaving only two. He believes the income could increase by between 25 and 50%. But if I understood him correctly he did say aspen does not have a distributer in the USA which could change parameters which I guess means Aspen may use the other generic. Excuse my lack of detail but I'm sitting in a park writing this. He also said that if they go from three to two drugs the increase of profit share from Dr Reddys to 60% will not happen as that deal is closed.

They are in discussions with some investment houses about the sale or partial sale of the Fonda income stream but their graph shows a lot of potential and if course they want these investment houses to share their optimism which is the hard part. As for a value it's very difficult to value but as income stabilises it gives them something to offer.
At worse they will not sell it and just keep pulling the income in.

Charles seems to be doing the right thing by partnering with the larger pharmas in readiness for a successful HA trial as these Pharmas need a long lead time to get ready for launch.

Had a long chat to Tracey Brown (hottie) and they seem confident based on prior trials but if course all data is compiled and sitting in St Petersburg until first half of next year when data is released. She said they are ready with another load of applications (probably the wrong word but you know what I mean) if this trial is successful.

All looks good to me, no spin just sound business sense by all.
